Pilot termsDesign-partner pilot terms
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These short terms apply to the free flareOps design-partner pilot and to this website. Each pilot store also signs a short pilot agreement; if the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
1. What the pilot is
A free test of whether complete product data and Merchant Center feeds make AI assistants mention a store's products more often. There is no fee for the pilot, now or later.
2. What we do
- Provide a pilot version of the flareOps WooCommerce plugin.
- Suggest product data fixes and help publish Google and Microsoft Merchant Center feeds.
- Measure results weekly and deliver a final report.
3. What you do
- Install the plugin, give consent in it, and connect your own Merchant Center accounts.
- Approve or reject suggested changes.
- Keep a current backup of your site before installing.
4. Changes to your store
We only change product data after you approve it, or after you turn on auto-approve. Every change is logged and can be undone. We never invent barcodes, prices or stock information, and we don't change your theme, checkout or prices.
5. No guarantees
Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Perplexity and others decide what their products show. We do not promise any ranking, mention, traffic or sales result. The plugin is a pilot version provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
6. Data
We handle data as described in the privacy policy. You keep ownership of your store and product data.
7. Stopping
Either side can stop the pilot at any time by email. When you uninstall the plugin, it stops sending data and removes its verification tags. We delete raw logs within 90 days after the pilot ends.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits. Because the pilot is free, our total liability is limited to [amount, e.g. USD 100].
9. Law
[Governing law and venue to be confirmed with a lawyer.]
